Sports Day - 26th May 2013
School will be close on 26th May 2013 for Sports Day in Hillingdon Athletics Track. The event will start at 11am till about 5pm.
You can get the coach to the event from Chinatown. Coaches will be waiting at 9.15am just outside the Bank of China (opposite the fire station). Return coach fare will be £2/person.

Sports Day - 26th May 2013
Location : Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex, Gatting Way, Park Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1NR.
If you are not driving, a coach is arranged to take you to the venue. The coach will depart from Chinatown at 9.30am. The coach will cost £2.00. Lunch is £3.00. Tickets are available for purchase now.

End of Term Ceremony - 8th July 2012
Today will be the end of term. A ceremony will be held at the top floor of the school at 12.30pm. Awards and prizes will be given out to outstanding students. We look forward to see you there.

Father's Day - 17th June 2012
Father's Day is a celebration of fathers inaugurated in the early twentieth century to complement Mother's Day in celebrating fatherhood and male parenting.
After the success obtained by Anna Jarvis with the promotion of Mother's Day in the US, some wanted to create similar holidays for other family members, and Father's Day was the choice most likely to succeed. There were other persons in the US who independently thought of "Father's Day", but the credit for the modern holiday is always given to Sonora Dodd.
Father's Day was founded in 1910 by Sonora Smart Dodd, born in Arkansas from Spokane, who was also the driving force behind its establishment. Its first celebration was in Spokane, Washington on June 19, 1910. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, was a single parent who reared his six children in Spokane, Washington. After hearing a sermon about Jarvis' Mother's Day in 1909, she told her pastor that fathers should have a similar holiday honoring them. Although she initially suggested June 5, her father's birthday, the pastors hadn't enough time to prepare their sermons, and the celebration was deferred to the third Sunday of June.
